Weavers ( 3rd shift; 2 positions available)
The Medical Weaver sets up and operates looms to manufacture and produce products for medical clients. This position is responsible for making minor adjustments to machines, preparing GMP documentation recording production activities and minor troubleshooting on the operation of assigned machines. Individuals hired for 3rd shift will train on 1st shift and transition to 3rd shift after a 2-3 month training period. After training, 3rd shift will be a long-term, permanent assignment.
Knitting Technician (2nd shift)
The Knitting Technician is responsible for the operating, monitoring and cleaning of the knitting machines. This position is responsible for making minor adjustments to machines, preparing GMP documentation recording production activities and minor trouble shooting on the operation of assigned machines. Individuals hired for 2nd shift will train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift after a 2-3 month training period. After training, 2nd shift will be a long-term, permanent assignment.
MCF Operators (3rd shift; 2 positions available)
The Medical Component Finishing (MCF) Operator performs a variety of different functions in support of preparing medical components for final inspection and packaging.
Material Handler- part-time (25 hours/wk)
The Material Handler performs a variety of duties in support of the warehousing, shipping, receiving and courier functions. This role is based from our Quakertown, PA facility, but will operate in our Telford, PA facility as needed for receiving and warehousing.
Quality Control Technician (1st shift)
The Quality Control Technician conducts inspection and testing activities at various manufacturing states including incoming, in process and final release.
The Manufacturing Engineer focuses on expanding manufacturing and technology capabilities, improving existing textile and related manufacturing systems, enabling the introduction of new products, and providing project management support for various departments throughout the company.
The Production Supervisor manages, communicates, schedules and ensures operations within the department meet operational objectives and satisfy customer orders. This individual will perform a key role in maintaining on-time performance via timely deliveries of high-quality products. The supervisor will also ensure all direct reports receive appropriate training and development in both operations and safety practices. The supervisor must understand priorities, can direct and develop personnel required to complete the tasks, and holds direct reports accountable to company policy and procedures.
Quality Assurance Audit Lead
The Quality Assurance Audit Lead serves as QA representative for customer and regulatory audits, manages Auditing systems (Internal and External), coordinates and implements various activities for the compliant and effective management of the Quality Management System (QMS) in support of ISO 13485, internal and customer compliance.
