Secant Medical to Discuss Creation and Commercialization of New Biomaterials at Society for Biomaterials 2015 Annual Meeting

– Emily Ho, director and general manager of advanced biomaterials at Secant Medical, will present “Building a New Biomaterial: From Creation to Commercialization” at the Society for Biomaterials 2015 Annual Meeting in Charlotte, NC on Friday, April 17. Ho will outline the challenges that manufacturers face during the scale-up of a new biomaterial, obstacles encountered at the commercialization stage, and potential domestic and international regulatory hurdles.
